1. Introduction

Goswami Digital World (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to providing a safe and age-appropriate experience for all users, especially children.

This Families Policy / Child Safety Policy explains how we handle child-directed experiences and how we comply with Google Play Families Policy requirements where applicable.

This policy applies to apps, games, and tools published by Goswami Digital World.

2. Child Safety Commitment

We do not allow content that is harmful, abusive, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate for children in child-directed experiences.

We are committed to:

• safe design for children
• age-appropriate content
• minimizing data collection
• ensuring transparency for parents/guardians

3. Apps Covered Under Families Policy

Some of our apps/games may be:

• specifically designed for children, or
• accessible to children

If an app/game is classified as targeted to children (or is part of the Families program), we follow all related Google Play policies.

4. Data Collection (Child-Directed Apps)

For child-directed experiences:

• We do not require children to provide personal information such as name, phone number, email, address, or school details.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
• Learning progress, settings, or scores may be stored locally on the device to support app functionality.

If any personal data is collected through user support/contact forms, it is handled under our Privacy Policy and only used for support purposes.

5. Advertising (Ads)

If our apps/games show advertisements:

• Ads are provided via third-party partners such as Google AdMob
• For child-directed users, we aim to show only non-personalized ads and restrict inappropriate ad categories as required by applicable policies.
• We do not show ads promoting harmful, adult, or inappropriate content to children.

Note: Some apps may offer an ad-free experience depending on the product configuration.

6. Analytics & Tracking

We may use analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics) to:

• understand app performance
• fix crashes
• improve features and stability

For child-directed apps:

• we minimize tracking
• we do not use analytics to build advertising profiles of children

7. Permissions

Our apps may request permissions only when required for core features, such as:

• Camera (if scanning/learning features require it)
• Storage (if saving files locally is needed)

We do not access permission-based data unnecessarily.

8. User Interaction & Safety

Child-directed apps are designed to minimize risk:

• We do not encourage children to share personal information.
• If any social/community features exist, we apply safety controls where appropriate.
• We do not allow unsafe external linking meant for children.

9. In-App Purchases / Payments

If an app supports paid features:

• Payments are processed using secure third-party providers or Google Play Billing.
• We do not store complete payment card/UPI details.
• We do not encourage children to make purchases.
